Understanding, managing and making change
Speaker: Susan Benedyka, Director, Susan Benedyka Consulting
Facilitated session – How are Graduates, Alumni and current participants supporting community in this current environment?
“My key leadership learning from the day was that we are in extremely uncertain times and that our communities will crave leadership and direction once we move through the current crisis. For me Paul made this clear in his assertion that our communities’ structures and possibly paradigms are being challenged and potentially changed”. Craig Thorp
“A great day, the zoom application worked really well. I really enjoyed the break out rooms. Thanks very much for persisting with the course during this current climate”. Jaclyn Broughton
“Today was a great opportunity to connect with participants from both the Alpine and Fairley programs and discuss the impacts of COVID-19 and what we can do to help facilitate support within the community. All speakers were great, and I think my main learnings were around the importance of language when communicating issues and concerns to government or the community in general.” Thomas Carberry
“I was skeptical about how the program day could be effectively delivered digitally, however it was fantastic! Aside from a few technical issues at first, the whole day was smoothly run, engaging and a pleasure to be part of. You have set the bar pretty high for digital engagement. Thank you”. Valissa Clarke
Applications open for the next Annual Leadership Program on 3 August!
