The highly regarded Australian Institute of Company Directors is running the Governance Foundations for Not-For-Profit Directors course again in 2020, back by popular demand! This program looks at the duties and responsibilities of a NFP Director, reporting and disclosure requirements, examining financial statements and what they tell us, and much, much more. It is an ideal course for people who are members of various boards in our community. We expect this course to fill up pretty quickly. It is being held on Monday and Tuesday 17th and 18th February at Wang Central in Ely Street, Wangaratta.
