This program brings together individuals from across Greater Hume and Snowy Valleys Councils to focus on drought policy, leadership, communication, advocacy and influence through a distinctly local lens.

A locally delivered professional development program for managers and emerging people leaders to strengthen how they lead people, teams and change, with a focus on the human side of leadership.

This program equips participants with the tools to tackle challenges, reimagine their community, and create transformative change in the Upper Murray.

Explore new perspectives, understand the systems shaping regional life, and strengthen the capability needed to respond to drought, climate and change.

Alpine Valleys Community Leadership and The Resilience Canopy are teaming up to deliver a Pathway to Practice Pilot – connecting leadership with action on the ground to build stronger, future-ready communities in North East Victoria.

The Fischer Community Leadership Program has supported more than 80 graduates to build understanding of self and community, and to take action at a local level.
