In partnership with Goulburn Murray Community Leadership, last week we hosted the Australian Institute of Company Directors in Benalla for two modules of the Governance Foundations for the Not-for-Profit Director course.
Facilitator Nicholas Carr brought robust conversation to life as participants explored strategy, risk, and the role and duties of directors. Lively discussion and shared experience turned complex ideas into practical takeaways for strong, informed governance in our local organisations.
