Last night we welcomed people from near and far to celebrate the undertakings of the year, with the graduation of our 2025 Annual Program (AVCLP) cohort at the centre of the evening. The celebration reflected the spirit of our work, and we look forward to sharing more soon; for now, we’re proud to recognise and celebrate our newest AVCLP Alumni.
From February to November this year, the cohort travelled across the North East and Border regions, engaging with the issues, opportunities, and experiences that shape our lives. Each participant brought openness, curiosity, and a willingness to stretch themselves – engaging with differing views, stepping into unfamiliar conversations, and reflecting on how their own experiences influence the way they lead.
“You get out what you put in” was evident last night, as graduate reflections revealed just how much they had invested in – and benefited from – the experience.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to the program, including our funders, partners, Alumni, guest speakers, sponsors, staff and Board. Your support creates the conditions for this work to thrive.
We look forward to seeing where this group go next; please join us in congratulating them:
