Foundations of People Leadership is a locally delivered professional development program for managers and emerging leaders who want to strengthen how they lead people, teams and change.

Facilitated by James Jensen and Irene Pritchard, the program focuses on the human side of leadership. Participants build self-awareness, strengthen communication and develop clarity and confidence, particularly in complex or pressured environments. Learning combines contemporary behavioural science, reflective practice and practical application, with tools that can be applied immediately in the workplace.

Participants learn alongside others from across the region, creating space to share perspectives, test ideas and build strong professional networks across sectors.
