Alumni of all AVCL programs are invited to join the 2025 Annual Program cohort for an online session exploring what good governance looks like – not just on paper, but in shaping culture, guiding decision-making, and enabling groups and organisations to do their work well.
Facilitated by Rob Carolane, the session will focus on practical approaches that support purpose, clarity and strong group dynamics. It’s for those on boards, involved in committees, or working in community-led settings, with frameworks and insights to support effective governance.
