Join the 2025 Annual Program cohort for this online session exploring how we understand and respond to conflict – within ourselves, in relationships, and across the spaces we’re part of.
Facilitated by James Jensen, this session will unpack common drivers of conflict and explore how values, identity, accountability and power shape what unfolds. You’ll reflect on personal patterns, consider how to stay present in tension, and take away simple tools to navigate conflict with more clarity and care.
