Alpine Valleys Community Leadership and Goulburn Murray Community Leadership are pleased to host the Governance Foundations for the Not-for-Profit Director course, delivered by the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
This one-day course is highly regarded and widely recognised. Designed for those serving on not-for-profit boards or committees – or considering a governance role – it offers clear, practical tools to strengthen participation, decision-making and oversight. The modules to be delivered are ‘Duties and Responsibilities of the Not-for-Profit Director’, and ‘Strategy and Risk for the Not-for-Profit Director.’
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from AICD, access to the recorded webinar The Role of the Not-for-Profit Director, printed course materials, and the option to apply for AICD membership (additional cost).
