Amplify Myrtleford Community Leadership Program is a transformative program designed to upskill and empower individuals from Myrtleford and surrounds. Delivered by Alpine Valleys Community Leadership with facilitation by Susan Benedyka, the program is supported by Regional Development Victoria’s Tiny Towns Fund and Alpine Shire Council, and will enable participants to develop essential leadership skills while building connections that strengthen their community.

You Can Expect To:

Experience tailored sessions on leadership, resilience, conflict resolution, public speaking and more.
Participate in interactive workshops and real-world scenarios.
Engage with local groups, agencies, organisations and emergency services for practical insights.
Gain tools and strategies to sustain and grow community initiatives.
Grow as a Leader: Develop skills to lead confidently and navigate challenges effectively.
Build Community Resilience: Collaborate with others to create sustainable solutions for Myrtleford and surrounds.

Eligibility Criteria

Investment

Through the funding secured, there is no cost to participants.

Commitment

2 full days and 5 x 3-hour evening sessions.
Participation within 80% of the program is needed
