Earlier this month, the 2025 Annual Program cohort gathered at Benalla CFA for their Midpoint Reflection.
Small-group walks through Benalla’s vibrant street art sparked conversations on belonging, being, and becoming. Back at CFA, those reflections led into an engaging exchange with AVCLP Alumni and Federal Member for Indi, Dr Helen Haines MP, who shared her story, and answered questions with candour and insight.
Bronwen O’Shea from Story Up led an energising and practical session on communicating for impact; guiding the group through ways to hook an audience, share a compelling message, deliver it with confidence, and elicit action.
The day then drew to a close with group conversations that uncovered how individual contributions, decision-making, and evolving roles have shaped dynamics, and how each person sees their place within the whole.
