Seeing The Bigger Picture: Systems Thinking In Practice

A reminder to our Alumni – have you registered for the 30 May workshop? If not, we have nearly reached capacity, so get in quick.

This is an exclusive opportunity for graduates of our programs to engage in a free, immersive workshop with Dr Gary Saliba β€” exploring systems thinking as a powerful way to understand and respond to complexity, all through the real-world context of the regional dairy industry.

The day begins with a practical, entry-level workshop on navigating complexity using a systems lens, followed by a briefing from Dairy Australia – Murray and a site tour of Hermitage Dairy. You’ll see how the concepts explored in the morning apply directly to practice β€” surfacing patterns, challenging assumptions, and rethinking how we lead and make change in a turbulent world.

It’s a great chance to connect, expand your perspective, get your boots dirty and dive deeper into the complexity and nuance of modern dairying.
