Measuring Impact

Our work focuses on building capability, creating opportunity, and strengthening motivation — so that people can act, lead, and contribute in ways that matter where they are.

We’re developing a shared framework to articulate how change happens from individual growth to broader shifts in social strength, economic participation, and connection to place and wellbeing. It reflects what we see in practice: that individuals and communities shape each other, and that lasting change is built through that ongoing exchange.

Right now, we measure outcomes at the program level. You can explore those summaries below.

My confidence and ability to talk to a wider variety of groups has improved immensely. The program has pushed me out of my comfort zone, but the feeling of belonging and trust that the cohort environment brings is rare.

Kate O’Toole

It was a great program, and I am so glad I signed up for it! Learning about our region, about leadership in rural Victoria as well as novel ideas and moving beyond problem solving to transformational change. Great days, good company. I would recommend doing this program!
