AVCLP provides alumni with information on regional events, leadership forums, scholarship opportunities and skills workshops and short courses delivered by AVCLP.

AVCLP also organises networking events for alumni across the North East region.

AVCLP Alumni Leadership Breakfast
Cathy McGowan, AO, Federal Member for Indi – ‘Leadership in Rural Australia’

When Friday 17 October
Where Wangaratta Performing Arts Centre
Time 7.30 - 9.00 am

Cathy will reflect on her journey of leadership and, as a graduate of the Australian Rural Leadership Program and though her long term association with AVCLP, will highlight the role of Community Leadership Programs in rural Australia. Cathy will also provide leadership insights on her first year in Federal Parliament.

Cathy’s connection with AVCLP includes workshop facilitation at Opening and Closing Retreats, guest speaker at the 2005 Graduation Dinner and a program day speaker on many occasions. Cathy also partnered with AVCLP to organise and deliver three annual North East Leadership Forums.

AVCLP, in partnership with World Vision Australia, is presenting a Leadership Luncheon with Tim Costello. Join with other regional leaders and be inspired as Tim presents his thoughts on the theme of ‘Leadership in Tough Times’
